Cosette is based in Dallas/Fort Worth. With over five years of performance experience and her many musical awards and accolades, she has transitioned to Pop and Bollywood as if she was born playing these songs. She is the epitome of class and style, infusing every performance with an elegance that charms guests from the moment they walk through the door. Her classical training shows in her mastery of the instrument in various styles — pop, Bollywood, country, Latin, and more.

Q&A with Cosette

Q: How old were you when you started playing the violin? And why did you begin?

A:I started playing the viola when I was 6 years old through the Suzuki program. I was able to learn music by ear and develop structure in my life at a young age. I then transferred to violin gradually throughout junior high. I wanted to play an instrument because it was a very beautiful experience.

What music did you grow up listening to?

I grew up listening to a lot of Suzuki music and also a lot of pop music.

What has been your favorite performing experience so far?

I really loved getting to play one of my favorite artists at a gorgeous outdoor wedding.

Besides Bollywood & Pop (wink, wink) what styles of music do you love to play?

I like some R&B and also oldies music really hits home.

Do you sing or play any other instruments?

I play viola and have sung in choir in the past.

Where have you lived?

I have lived in the Dallas area my whole life.

If you won the lottery, who is the first person you would tell?

I would tell my mother if I won the lottery.
